Graham Pulford – Managing Director
Through Graham’s astute commercial leadership, as managing director of both Speed and Aim, the Group’s annual turnover has grown from £8.5m when he joined in 2004, to £35M+ today. Pursuing his specialism in IT since the mid-eighties, Graham has an extensive history of developing technological solutions in the retailing, manufacturing and insurance sectors behind him as well as experience of selling claims management software to credit hire companies and the CMC marketplace.
Chris Chatterton – Commercial Director
As commercial director responsible for developing new business initiatives, Chris carries with him a wealth of big name sales and marketing experience in the claims and outsourcing industries that he can call upon. Starting his career as a marketing manager with Tate & Lyle, he moved on to the RAC as head of corporate marketing. This was followed by senior consulting roles and a spell as chief operating officer at CCC international prior to his role as sales director for the Helphire Group.
George Ogungbola – Finance Director
George is responsible for accounting, reporting and all financial operations of the company. Joining Speed in 2004, George took up a dual role within the group as financial director and company secretary. Perceived as a steady pair of hands and strategic thinker, in an organisation which has experienced phenomenal growth since he’s been there, George has maintained financial discipline at all times as he contributes towards the goal of market leadership.
Susan Henry – Operations Director
As operations director, Susan has overall responsibility for everything operational – anything from core medical reporting, the rehabilitation offering, the expert panel to customer service and facilities. Susan has considerably improved all product offerings with service, quality and efficiency the main focus, believing that in this process-driven industry, it’s the people that make the real difference. Prior to her move to Speed, Susan managed a supply chain within the industry.
Daniel Chesney – Group Marketing Manager
Joining the business in 2010 as group marketing manager, Dan has been appointed to help reposition the business, overhaul its communications and implement an ambitious new growth strategy. Responsible for managing Speed’s external agency relationships and co-ordinating all of the customer/supplier facing activities of the business, Dan’s primary focus is to transform the media-shy but already solid business performer into a dominant industry force.
Andrew Saunders – Key Account Manager
Holding the position of key account manager, Andrew is responsible for overseeing relationships with our customer base, making sure that everything runs smoothly and that all system processes are implemented. His pragmatic approach ensures that all parts of our operation deliver on their promises to customers and that we proactively identify and act on customer-driven suggestions for improvements. Before moving to Speed Medical, Andrew held a similar position within the industry and over the years he has built enduring relationships with many of the market’s biggest companies.
Mike Ball – New Business Development Manager
As national new business development manager, Mike has the task of not only growing the number of customers we serve but also of encouraging those with whom we already have relationships to place more of their business with us. Never frightened of a challenge – he began his career as a fireman in the RAF – Mike has successfully fulfilled similar briefs within a finance company and as a regional claims manager in the insurance sector, for Quinn Direct.
